What iRank is
iRank is being prepared for release on the App Store. It is an app for developers, publishers and ASO specialists who need to understand how their products move across App Store charts.
The idea is simple: add a developer or specific apps, choose a country, platform, category and chart type, and iRank will show current positions, trends and important changes. The app is built for monitoring the iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and Apple TV App Store: Top 100 in Free, Top 200 in Premium, primary and secondary categories, paid, free and grossing charts where Apple makes them available.
What will be inside
Each app card will bring together the data needed for daily monitoring: category rank, overall Top rank, rating, reviews, description, version history, screenshots, compatibility, supported platforms and developer links.
Charts will make it easier to see how positions changed over a selected period, while app comparison will show movement next to competitors. Competitors can be added manually or imported quickly from the current Top chart. This is especially useful after updates, ASO changes, seasonal spikes and movement inside important categories.
Notifications will report notable growth or drops, entering or leaving the Top 10, new reviews and tracked-app updates. The app will include notification history, and the News tab will show App Plant announcements and important iRank updates. Widgets will place the key positions on the Home Screen, so important changes are visible without opening the app.
Free and Premium
The free version will be suitable for basic monitoring of one developer and several apps.
Premium will unlock extended features: unlimited tracking, Top 200, server rank checks about every hour, hourly history, chart context with nearby competitors, server alerts by threshold, widgets with server-powered movement, tracked-list sync across devices and no interstitial ads.
The iRank page is already available on App Plant, and the download button currently shows the “Soon” status. When the app is published on the App Store, we will update the page and publish a separate release note.
