- The list of tracked apps and charts: App Store app id, platform, country, chart type, category, pricing, chart depth and notification threshold settings.
- StoreKit purchase/subscription status, transaction identifiers, environment, subscription dates and subscription JWS/notification payloads required to verify Premium.
- A diagnostics report if the user sends feedback or contacts support.
- Email address, message text and screenshots are processed only when the user sends an email or support request.
Why We Use It
- Premium synchronization and active subscription verification.
- Rank tracking, position history, widgets and server-side App Store chart checks.
- Push notifications for rank growth, drops, entering the Top 10, leaving the Top 10 and snapshot updates.
- Support, error diagnostics and handling user requests.
- Core app functionality, quality analytics and, where applicable, advertising.
Third Parties
- Apple, App Store, StoreKit and APNs are used for purchases, subscriptions, transaction verification, App Store data and push notifications.
- AppMetrica may be used for analytics, diagnostics and stability improvements.
- Yandex Mobile Ads, Google Mobile Ads / UMP, AppLovin, Mintegral, DT Exchange / Fyber, Vungle / Liftoff, myTarget and MyTracker may be used for advertising, mediation, attribution, analytics or consent handling if the related SDKs are active in the app.
- KSCrash may be used for crash diagnostics if active in the app build.
Tracking, Ads and Consent
- Personalized ads, advertising identifiers and analytics are used only within applicable consent, ATT and CMP rules where they apply to the user, country or platform.
- The user can limit tracking and ad personalization in iOS settings, ATT system prompts, CMP dialogs or app settings where available.
App Store Metadata and Privacy Labels
- The Privacy Policy URL in App Store metadata should point to this page or its current version.
- App Privacy Details / privacy labels in App Store Connect should reflect data collected by iRank and data that may be collected by active third-party partners and SDKs for analytics, advertising, attribution, diagnostics, consent and push-related functionality.
- If the SDK set, processing purposes or data categories change, this page and the App Store privacy labels should be updated before submitting a new app version for review.
Retention
- Server tracking, push and device records are kept while Premium/server tracking is enabled or while the data is needed to provide the service, security, diagnostics and support.
- Diagnostics reports and support emails are kept until the request is handled and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for follow-up support or abuse prevention.
- Aggregated analytics are retained under each provider’s rules and usually do not identify the user directly.
Deletion and Revocation
- The user can disable push notifications, server tracking for tracked apps, tracking consent / ATT, ad personalization or delete the app.
- To request deletion of iRank server-side data, write to hello@app-plant.ru with the request details.
